In what can only be described as a bumper week for Sexy Weirdos media shenanigans, we are proud to present to you this short piece from Carnie Films .  For those of you that haven’t heard, Carnie Films are the malformed brain child of Kidderminster based wonder kid Tom L Rutter (and for those of you that don’t know Kidderminster – if there’s a bright spark at the centre of the West Midlands, Kidderminster is the planet it’s furthest from).

Carnie Films output seems to fall into two main categories – low on budget but high on imagination music videos for underground legends such as The Bendal Interlude , and stuff about nuns . I haven’t  inquired as to where the fascination with nuns comes from, as I’m afraid of what I might find out.

I met Tom on the arse end of a night of raving.  He quickly came up with the idea of making a film with the Sexy Weirdos. This idea is still in development, and the clip above is the first step towards that idea. There’s a load more great footage from that weekend still to come.  My pitch for said movie is  ”Spinal Tap meets Black Cat White Cat”. Watch this space for more developments on this theme.
